Having read the regulations concerning the processing of personal data, I hereby agree to the processing of my personal data by the Copernicus Science Centre for the purpose of creating an account in the online ticketing system, booking and purchasing admission tickets to the CSC and conducting correspondence related thereto.

The Copernicus Science Centre registered in Warsaw (postcode 00-390) at ul. Wybrzeże Kościuszkowskie 20 (hereinafter referred to as "CSC") is the administrator of the personal data that you have provided in the form. Contact to the Administrator: info@kopernik.org.pl.

Your data is processed under Article 6 (1) (a) of the General Personal Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016, i.e. based on your consent.

The data is collected for the purpose of handling online ticket reservation and sales and also for the purpose of sending an electronic CSC newsletter if you grant a separate consent specifically for that purpose. In addition, as required by legal regulations, we process your data for tax and accounting purposes. The legal basis for data processing is article 6, paragraph 1, letter C). of the GDPR.

Your data will be processed until your account is deleted from the CSC ticketing system. If you do not log in to your account within 2 years, the account will be automatically deleted together with your data. If you grant a separate consent to receive an electronic CSC newsletter, your data will be processed only until you unsubscribe from the newsletter.

The personal data provided by you in the form may be made available to entities that provide services to the CSC and entities authorized by law.

You always have the right to access your data and may rectify and delete it as well as limit its processing. You may also object to us processing your data. You also have the right to transfer the data. To use your rights, write at: info@kopernik.org.pl

You can revoke your consent to data processing at any time by writing to our registered office or by e-mailing us at info@kopernik.org.pl, which shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the revocation of the consent.

You have the right to file a complaint against our proceedings with the supervisory authority – the Office for Personal Data Protection at ul. Stawki 2, 00-193, Warsaw.

The provision of personal data is voluntary. However, it is a prerequisite for creating an account in the CSC ticketing system and purchasing tickets to the CSC by electronic means and also for sending a newsletter if you agree to receive the CSC newsletter. If you do not provide the data, you will not be able to use the services listed in the sentence above.

The decisions regarding the personal data provided by you in the form will not be made automatically, they are also not being profiled.

Your data is not transferred to third-party countries, therefore outside of the European Union.
